We encourage our customers to take advantage of this opportunity to enhance their software skills, streamline their workflow, and receive guidance directly from our experts. This training will help them and their teams get the most out of our software in their daily operations.
Lunch, snacks, and beverages are included in the program. It is open only to customers with a valid Software Licence Agreement with AIR SUPPORT A/S.
The attendance fee of USD 289 per person will be charged upon registration.

- Standard Flight Planning, Advanced Planning, Re-clear, Stay, ERA, RCF, EDTO / ETOPS, Last Minute Changes, Delay, Offload Cargo.
- CrewBriefing: Search, Group flights, CB App (Delay / CNCL), Upload to 3rd Party Integrations, and sharing Briefing Package and creation of messages or company NOTAMs.
- OpsControl: Adding aircraft, Setting up Weather Watch and Notifications.
Advanced features like:

- PPS Settings and User Administration: CB Search, Highlight NOTAMs & WX, Exclude NOTAMs
- Selection of User Defined Charts, Briefing Order, CB Archive and more.
- Settings in the PPS data editor, Aircraft Editor (ACX)
