We provide a data processing agreement to all AIR SUPPORT flight planning and tracking customers. 

Dear Customer,

Protecting personal data and ensuring transparency have always been priorities at AIR SUPPORT A/S. We work continuously to ensure that your data and how we manage it comply with the GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.

The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between you and AIR SUPPORT A/S outlines how we process your personal data in line with these obligations. You can access the agreement via the document link in the header.

Our practices

• From 2025, we will implement Microsoft Clarity to support secure software development and improve user experience on our web applications.

• Since 2022, we have not used Google Analytics on any of our web-based software products.

• However, on our marketing websites, we use Google Analytics only with a reverse proxy for pseudonymisation. All data is stored on servers within the EU.
