We are pleased to invite all customers and users of our software solutions to our upcoming User Group Meeting. Participation is free of charge for employees from companies with a valid software license agreement with AIR SUPPORT A/S. Please note that travel and accommodation expenses are not included and must be covered by the participating companies.

Enhancing User Skills and Technical Knowledge

We offer basic and advanced training sessions in OpsControl®, PPS Flight Planning®, and CrewBriefing; all designed to enhance skills and deepen the technical understanding of our software solutions.

News, Networking, and Knowledge Sharing

Join other flight operations and software users and explore strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Our crew of aviation professionals and software specialists will discuss methods and tools designed to optimize flight operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and improved performance.  

You will also get insights into our roadmap and be invited to our cocktail party with drinks and finger food. 

Final times will be shared once the program is settled (Local time is UTC+1).

Day 2: Wednesday, January 21st: Conference Day 1

Welcome & Opening Session: 09:00

Conference Sessions of the day:

  • Product Updates: PPS Flight Planning, OpsControl, Flight Watch, and User Interface enhancements.
  • Other (Industry) Developments: ICAO FF-ICE, Network Manager (NM), Aviation Data, Navigation Data, and Route Generation.
  • Partner Highlights: Integrator presentations and the latest news from AIR SUPPORT partners.
  • Social Evening Event: Join AIR SUPPORT and partners for networking and a relaxed get-together.

Refreshments: Light snacks, coffee, and drinks will be available during breaks. Finger food and beverages will be served during the evening event.

The last User Group Meeting was held in 2024. It was a true celebration of the AIR SUPPORT community, a meetup with a fantastic turnout.

For registration, a personal company email is required per person. Each registration below can include registration of up to 6 people.

Attending the meeting is free of charge for employees from companies with a valid software license agreement with AIR SUPPORT A/S. Please note that travel and accommodation expenses outside the official program are not included and must be covered by the participating companies.

You can only participate in the conference with a visible member badge, which will be delivered upon arrival at the meeting and with a registration min. 14 days before the event.

A no show fee will be charged if we haven’t received you cancellation two weeks before the event starts.

If you choose ‘yes’ to the last question, we will email you after you’ve clicked ‘register me for the event’ with a request for additional information so that we can apply for a business visa for User Group 2026. Expect a minimum of 30 days for handling.
