The overnight stay and transportation are not included in the User Group Meeting, but we offer to book the overnight stay at the conference hotel with a discount rate for you:

Special discounted price per night including breakfast:
– in a single room: 1.095 DKK / ~147 EUR
(Standard Price is from 1.400 DKK / ~190 EUR)
– in a double room: 1.295 DKK / ~174 EUR
(Standard Price is from 1.569 DKK / ~210 EUR)

Upon your request, the AIR SUPPORT marketing team will collect and forward reservations, including price discounts, to the hotel on a regular basis. As a final confirmation, the hotel will forward a payment link to the “payment email address” as registered below.

Shuttle Service: If your arrival date and time are within our office opening hours, we will offer a private shuttle service (by our staff) again this year. You’ll be notified in due time before UGM starts.
