Online validation of user failed

This is a common error if you have changed your PPS password for your personal PPS username on the Administrator page of the CrewBriefing website.
When opening PPS, the system will always verify/check if the usernames listed in the PPS Settings Manager / PPS Options User are correct an valid.

Check and/or insert correct password

Open your PPS8 Option Users in your Computer’s Start Menu and you will see the list of users:
Please check if all users have the correct password by choosing the specific user to the right and click “test”

If one is failed, either correct it to the correct password or remove it from the list and try to add this again.

Then close this Settings Manager and restart PPS

Delete AIR SUPPORT folders

If all are verified / OK and the popup still comes on, then open a File explorer window on your PC and type in

%localappdata%

in the path and in here there are 2 AIR SUPPORT folders.



Please delete both folders and open PPS again.
