One Time Password (OTP)

What is a One Time Password?

A One Time Password or 2-Factor Validation Login is used to strengthen the security level on our Cloud Services. When you need to login our Hosted Cloud Server you will receive an e-mail with a 6-digit number after entering your personal Password.

How do I login on my PPS Hosted Cloud?

1: Open web-access to PPS Hosted Solution

Middle East: https://clouduae.ppsflightplanning.com/RDWeb/Pages/en-US/Default.aspx

Once logged in on your personal site you will see the PPS Application icon.
Click on the icon and a Remote Desktop Program file will be downloaded to your computer.

2: Click Connect

Open the downloaded file and click connect.

3: Enter your login credentials

Enter your personal login credentials used for the Hosted Cloud.
Normally it is pps\+your company 3-letter prefix + your username, like pps\AS0TEST. Please be aware your Cloud password is often different to your CrewBriefing and PPS application password.

Press OK to continue

4: Click yes to continue

5: Enter your OTP / MFA code

When you see the below window, press the “Show Details” button to be able to enter your 6 digit OTP / MFA code:

Enter your code here:

PPS will now open and you are ready to use the application.

I do not receive my One Time code/password

If you experience you do not receive your one time password or 6 digit code, it is often because of your IT policy and the e-mail is caught in your spam filter, deleted automatically or your e-mail is not correct in our system.

To ensure optimum delivery of this password, please add our e-mail address esetmfa@airsupport.dk to your trusted domains in your settings / setup. Please note this e-mail is not monitored.
