Download a Briefing Package
Below you will find a step-by-step guide to produce at Briefing Package / Flight Package on CrewBriefing, which you can download and print – or e-mail to yourself or handling agency.
Step 1
Click on the specific flight in the flight list.
If more than one flight is to be included in the briefing package,
tick the boxes next to the flights that are to be included, then click Group flights.
Step 2
Select what information that is to be included in the Briefing package by ticking the boxes next to the
headers.
To view a single item from the package, click on the specific header. This will open up a PDF in a new tab
containing that specific section from the briefing package.
Step 3
When all the items are selected, click Next in the top- or lower right corner.
Step 4
If the briefing package is to be downloaded on the current workstation, press Download flight
information.
If the briefing package should be sent via email, click E-mail flight information… and continue
to step 6.
Step 5
Send via e-mail: Select the recipients of the briefing package. This can be done either by clicking an
existing address in the Default addresses list or by typing them manually followed by clicking Add=>

Additional weather info and charts
Adding additional charts to the briefing package:
In the Select flight information section under Wind/T & SWX charts, click the small plus sign to expand the
view.
Select additional charts to be added by ticking the boxes in the columns. The added charts will be included
as part of the full briefing package.
Additional weather as separate files
Specific weather information can be downloaded as separate documents if deemed necessary for the flight. This is done via
Extra WX/Charts/NOTAMs in the main view. More information regarding this can be seen in the CrewBriefing user manual.
