Displaying Flight Documents

Once documents have been downloaded, then tapping the row will open the relevant document e.g. Flight Messages, Log, WX etc.

Share document

When the document is open then the user can share the document by tapping the icon shown below.

The user can then choose how they would want to share the document depending upon how their device is configured, i.e. which messaging Apps are loaded etc.

Displaying Combined Flight Packages

Combined flight packages can be shown as below.
To make a combined flight package and combine all the documents together, the following steps are required:

1: Select /press the desired flight.
2: Click on Combined Flight Package.

Icons

The Now text and Refresh icon will appear indicating that the Flight Package is available for viewing as one document.

Thirty minutes after downloading Wx Flight documents a red warning icon is displayed that indicates that more up-to-date information might be available. The image below shows what the warning icon looks like after 1:00hr.

It should be noted that if no internet connection is available inside the Flight Deck, then all flights and documents must be downloaded beforehand. If the user sees the following Error window, then they are not connected to the internet.
