Crew does not receive any SMS updates?
In some situations the crew might not receive receive the text message and we do apologize for the unconvinience.
Incorrect crew information in PPS
Please check if the crew is listed in your CREW file in PPS. The telephone number must be with international prefix like “+” and a Crew ID must be added.

Please note, only the PIC will receive the SMS notification.

Failed delivery due network
Some times the delivery from our 3rd party provider can also fail and it could be various reasons, like below:
- The SMS expired due to the phone not been able to receive the SMS (I.e. Switched Off, Out of coverage, inbox full)
- Message is rejected because there is no directory number for the mobile subscriber
- Error delivering message
- An error occurred while attempting to route the message
- The message has expired at the network operator usually due to the handset being switched off
