Create a new Message

Parameter Type

Select if single or multiple parameter targeting is to be used.
Specify Parameter type (3) and add items to the List of selected items:

Single Parameter:

Click on the desired Parameter items (4) connected to the type to add them to the List of selected items (5). Alternatively add Other items (6) not presented in the list. Several items of the same type can be added.

Combined Parameter:

Combinations are used when more than one parameter is needed to target a specific group of flights.
Select a Parameter type (3) and click on the desired Parameter items (4) connected to the type to add them to the List of selected items (5).
Alternatively add Other items (6) not presented in the list.
Repeat this until all desired parameter items are presented in the List of selected items. Click Finish combination to store the selected combination.
Repeat the procedure if more combinations are needed.

Message

Tick important (7) if the message requires the user’s attention prior to downloading the briefing package.
Enter a Subject (8) and the intended Message (9).

Validity

Set the Validity time (10) for the message.

Valid from (select one):

1: Set a start time and date and tick the top box to activate the starting period of the message.
2: Tick the lower box to upload the message without delay.

Valid to (select one):

1: Set an end time and date and tick the top box to activate the end period of the message.
2: Tick the lower box to have the message available until it is manually deleted.

Read and confirm your message

Read the Message preview (11) and click Send message (12). A notification will pop up indicating if the message was successfully linked to relevant flights.
