Connection via TeamViewer

We are very pleased to offer professional support via TeamViewer on your computer.

PPS TeamViewer application

If you do not have TeamViewer installed, we have created a TeamViewer which is set up to create a easy TeamViewer Connection. With this everything is prepared for you and you just need to send the ID number to us.

How to install:

A small application will be downloaded and installed on your computer. Open the application and send the ID number to us and we can access your device.

Standard TeamViewer application

Using the TeamViewer app directly, we need your ID number and password otherwise we cannot connect, so please make sure to have both credentials ready when contacting us.

Note: If you for some reason close the TeamViewer app, a new password will be generated automatically by the program and then we cannot login. So please keep your TeamViewer app open or resend the new password to us.
Please do not choose “Create a Session” or send us Partner-ID.
