Company settings Administration
The Company Settings Administration can be accessed from the User Administration page. This section covers all the settings regarding displayed information in CrewBriefing and the briefing package.
Descriptions of all the individual items can be seen in below tables.
Miscellaneous
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Disable Acknowledge Prompt for Important Messages | When selected, it is no longer mandatory to acknowledge that important messages have been read before entering the flight menu. Use with caution. |
| Exclude Company ICAO Prefix | When marked, the individual company three-letter code will be excluded in front of the in-flight callsign. |
| No ‘Msgs’ column on Main Page (quick load of many flights) | If you have many flights on CrewBriefing accompanied by many messages, you can tick this item to turn off displaying these messages to have the pages load faster. |
| No AMEXSY Messages on Short ATC | Will only show Short ATC flight plan if selected. |
| Use APG Runway Analysis ATLAS interface (available for aircrafts registered with APG Atlas only) | When selected, output from APG Atlas service is displayed and included (if the aircraft is registered with APG Atlas). |
| Show only MAN flights | This will hide all flights on CrewBriefing that have not been uploaded with a manual status from the flight list. |
| No total page numbers on briefing PDF | When selected, total page numbers are removed from flight package PDF. |
NOTAM selection
| Setting | Description |

| Highlight Specified NOTAM Keywords | Option to specify NOTAM keywords to be highlighted on NOTAM PDF briefing. Click on the link Specified to create or modify the keywords. |
| Exclude NOTAMs for All Adequate Airports | Description Will exclude all adequate airport NOTAMs. Normally recommended to reduce the size of the briefing package. |
| Exclude NOTAMs with “In Effect Time” older Than X Days | Option to exclude NOTAMs older than stated in the textbox. |
| Exclude Specified Individual NOTAMs | Option to exclude individual NOTAMs from the NOTAM briefing. Click on the link Specified to select NOTAMs to be excluded. |
| Exclude NOTAMs With a Specified Individual Q-code | Option to exclude NOTAM with specified Q-code from NOTAM briefing. Click on the link Specified and follow the help text on the page on how to create an exclusion list. |
| Exclude FIR NOTAMs OTHER THAN NOTAMs A and B | Option to exclude FIR NOTAMs other than A and B series from NOTAM briefing. |
| Exclude US Domestic NOTAMs | Option to exclude US Domestic NOTAMs from NOTAM briefing |
| Exclude US TFRs | Option to exclude US Temporary Flight Restrictions from NOTAM briefing |
| Exclude Military NOTAMs | Option to exclude FAA Military NOTAMs. |
| US Domestic & FDC NOTAMs Preferred | When selected, only NOTAMs from US Federal NOTAM System are included for flights within USA. The NOTAMs are displayed in US domestic format. |
| Exclude FIR NOTAMs Purpose M | Option to exclude miscellaneous FIR NOTAMs (Purpose M). The option is selected by default. |
| Exclude VFR NOTAMs | Option to exclude VFR NOTAMs from the briefing package. |
| Display NOTAMs for adequate airports before FIR NOTAMs | Option to display NOTAMs for adequate airports prior to FIRs in the briefing package. |
| Flight NOTAM Search Period Start | Option to change default period start time compared to STD. |
| Flight NOTAM Search Period End | Option to change default period end time compared to ETA. |
Weather Data and Charts
| Setting | Description |

| Highlight Specified WX Keywords | Option to specify WX keywords to be highlighted on WX PDF briefing. Click on the link Specified to create or modify the keywords. |
| No Company Logo on Pax Info Chart | Enables/Disables Company logo on Pax Info Chart. |
| Route Specific SWX Charts based on WAFC Washington data | The WAFC Washington data will be used for creating the Significant Weather Chart when available |
| Include Volcanic Ash Advisory Chart (generated if erupting volcano is located within overflown FIR) | Include based on Volcanic Ash Advisory chart when the data is available. |
| Include SIGMET Chart (generated if any SIGMET impacted area is located on the chart area) | If selected, a SIGMET chart will be included with the briefing package containing all active SIGMET areas. |
| Include US PIREPs | If selected, US pilot reports will be included in the WX briefing when available within overflown FIRs. |
| Display TAF & METAR change groups by individual lines | If the option selected, the change groups TEMPO, BECMG, FM & INTER on WX briefing are displayed by individual lines. |
| Include previous METARs | If selected, up to 5 last METAR messages for the same location will be displayed on WX briefing and on WX Next Flights – page. Number of messages must be selected in the dropdown box to the right. |
| Include SNOWTAM in WX briefing | If selected, SNOWTAMs will be included as part of the WX briefing package and can be added in CB Extra / Next flight. NOTE! Only SNOWTAMs presented in GRF-format are supported by this feature. |
| Include AIRMETs in WX briefing | If the option selected, AIRMETs will be included as part of the WX briefing package. |
| Include GAMETs in WX briefing | If the option selected, GAMETs will be included as part of the WX briefing package. |
