Cannot log into the cloud?
If you experience you cannot login to your Cloud account it is often one of the following reasons:
- Wrong password (note your CrewBriefing and PPS Cloud password is often not identical)
- You do not receive an OTP (one time password) for 2 factor login
- Using a RDP shortcut with expired/old password
- Your password has expired (more than 90 days since you changed it)
What can I do?
- Initially make sure if your are using the correct Cloud password and not the password for your CrewBriefing and PPS application login.
- Check if your company’s IT policy has changed so our OTP e-mails are rejected by your server.
