ETP is showing 180 min even when I planned 120 min ETP

A common misunderstanding is that modifying with ETOPS/ETP minutes and distances in the ETOPS/ETP module will also change the calculation in the different ETOPS scenarios on your OFP.

However, this is only the drawing / display on the minimap you change here.

In this example 60 min, 120 min and 180 min are ticked on and all 3 arcs are displayed on the minimap.
The result will look like this (depending on your ETOPS format on your OFP)

Deselecting the 180 min selections will only remove the 180 min arc and not change the calculation, see below.

How to change the calculation to 120 min in the ETOPS scenario?

Your ETOPS arcs and minutes are taken from your aircraft file in section 1: General information. In here you can define the minutes and distance for your ETOPS/ETP arcs. Depending on what you are approved for, it can be anything from 60 minutes up to +180 min.

Remove the data in the 3rd entry (in this case 180 min, 1056 NM and the Y), so it looks like this:

Restart PPS and make the FPL again and now the 120 min will be the ETOPS calculation.
